but existing is basically all i do!
right so, i made a vegan lasagne last night and the recipe is

BEC'S CHEEZE-FREE VEGAN LASAGNE - MAKES ABSOLUTELY SHITLOADS

Stuff you need
a big pan - mine measures 15"x11" and 2" deep.
olive oil
1 medium onion
1 chilli
2 cloves of garlic
1 bag of realeat vegemince
500g passata
2 tins of chopped tomatos
2TBS sundried tomato paste
225g fresh spinach
2 small courgettes
500g no cook lasagne sheets

What to do with the stuff
Preheat oven to 200C
Chop onion, chilli, and garlic and fry in olive oil till soft
Add whole bag of vegemince and cook for about 5 min (dependent on gas/leccy hob)
add passata and sundried tomato paste
simmer for a few min. have a glass of plastic merlot
put 1 tin of tomatos on the bottom of the lasagne pan and layer with lasagne sheets.
add vegemince mixture
chope the courgettes and add a layer of those
then add some fresh spinach. THOUGHT: you could put some fresh basil in too, num.
repeat layers till done. top with the last tin of chopped tom
you'll have a huge, heaping pan o yum which you should cook for 50-60 min depending on gas/leccy oven

serve with garlic bread (french stick sliced & buttered with vegan marg & sprinkled with garlic salt, stick in for last 10 min of lasagne cooking) and lots of plastic merlot!

I'm sure it is very tasty, but I must say I kind of do not see the point of a lasagne (big cheesey GOOEY PILE OF STARCH) without a bvggerload of cheesey GOO!

Oh man now I want lasagne for lunch! Actually this is a lie I think I would eat ANYTHING at the moment.

some lasagne needs to be boiled before you can start layering your pan, but this stuff can go in without any cooking - just in the pasta aisle, sainsbury's own :)
